Where is your shop?
You will find us at Bazaar Plaza, 7th Floor, Wing A, Kimathi Street, in Nairobi CBD. Come in, look at the products and ask our team before you buy.
Do you deliver in Nairobi?
Yes. We deliver within Nairobi for KSh 300, and countrywide for KSh 500. Nairobi orders usually arrive within one to two days.
How do I place an order?
Add what you want to your basket and check out online, then we confirm your delivery details with you. Call or WhatsApp us on +254 720 161 444.
How do I pay?
We take M-PESA, card and bank payments through a secure checkout. We never see or store your payment details.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products in their original condition can be returned within seven days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened skincare, haircare or supplement products unless they are faulty.
Will you help me choose?
Yes. Tell us what your skin or hair is doing and what you want from a product, and we will point you to what genuinely suits you. We would rather sell you the right product than the biggest one.
