Delivery and Returns

Delivery

We deliver within Nairobi and to towns countrywide. Nairobi deliveries usually arrive within one to two days. Countrywide deliveries go by courier and take two to five days depending on the destination.

Delivery fees depend on your location and are confirmed when you order.

Returns

If a product arrives damaged or something is not right, contact us as soon as possible and we will sort it out. Unopened products in their original condition can be returned within seven days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened skincare, haircare or supplement products unless they are faulty.
